Shipping Charges: Actual shipping charges will be added to all orders, Our shopping cart does not calculate shipping charges due to the wide selection of products carried it cannot be estimated. We do not make any money on shipping charges it is the courier's fee. Small compact items cost less to ship than bulky light wicker baskets. We pack smaller items inside larger items to save shipping costs. For a quote on shipping charges please place your order with payment details & put "quote shipping" in the comment line. Quoting shipping is very time consumming so it will delay your order. Shipping charges are a fact of life in the retail trade & we have very good rates with UPS, DHL, Greyhound courier & more. If you have a prefered shipping company we can use them to ship on your account number. Over night & 2-3 day shipping services are only available if you fax & sign a letter to us saying you accept all shipping cost responsiblites. If the carrier does not deliver on time Tropitek will not be held responsible for any costs in any way or kind. Once your order is placed it takes 3 to 10 days to ship out your order. Once shipped transit times vary depending on your location. Who do we sell to? We are Wholesale only & will only sell to registered businesses. Returns: We do not accept returns without Managements approval & a return authorization number is required. All shipping costs are your costs & will not be refunded. Part cases of packaging products & partial sets of baskets are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee & must be in its original packaging or carton. All items sold to interior Design & wedding companies are also non refundable. We do not accept returns on custom printed, custom made, special order merchandise, seasonal or discontinued items. Claims & Shortages: Claims must be made within 7 days from you receiving your order. Payment & Credit Terms: All new accounts must prepay their first orders. Opening a Net 30 days account may take up to 14 business days from receipt of credit application. Net 30 days from date of invoice on established accounts in good standing only. 2% per month will be charged on all past due accounts. Foil Stamping Colour Matching: Foil colors can change when hot stamped on certain colored Bags & Boxes, Please request an actual product sample when colour matching is critical to your needs. We will contact you in the case of extreme color changes when printing begins & suggust a color substitute. Art charges & plate charges are 100% payable & are non refunable even in the case of a canceled print job due to exact color mismatch etc..
